Deposit & Loss Limits

You can set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month. For example, if you set a daily deposit limit of ৳1,000, r444 will decline any deposit attempt that would take you over that amount within a 24-hour window.

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a 72-hour cooling-off period — this is intentional and cannot be waived by customer support. The delay exists to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Self-Exclusion & Account Closure

If you feel you need a complete break from gambling, r444 offers two levels of self-exclusion:

Temporary Self-Exclusion

You can block your own account for a fixed period: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 6 months. During this time you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Any remaining balance is frozen and returned to you after the exclusion period ends.

Permanent Self-Exclusion

If you want to stop gambling on r444 indefinitely, you can request permanent account closure. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Permanent Self-Exclusion Request" and your registered email address. Your account will be closed within 24 hours. r444 will not send you any marketing communications after a permanent exclusion is in place. Any balance in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the payment method on file.

Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. You will need to create a new account to use r444 again, and r444 reserves the right to reject re-registration requests from permanently excluded players.

Cooling-Off Period

A cooling-off period is a short voluntary break — from 1 day up to 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account stays open and your balance is safe, but you cannot make deposits or place bets. Log in to Settings → Responsible Gaming to start one immediately, or ask Live Chat to activate it on your behalf. The cooling-off period begins the moment you confirm the request.

Protecting Minors

r444 uses age verification at registration and again before the first withdrawal. If you share a device or bKash/Nagad account with family members under 18, please take these steps:

• Use a strong, unique password on your r444 account and do not share it.
• Log out completely after every session on a shared device.
• Consider using parental control software on shared phones or tablets.
